2025 Reporting of Accounts Opened, Used or Closed Abroad (Form 11916)

Non-commercial individuals, associations and businesses must report the references of accounts opened, used or closed abroad in the year for which the income is reported.

In particular, you must report the following accounts and investments:

  • Bank accounts
  • Accounts fromdigital assets
  • Capitalization Contracts
  • Life insurance contracts.

The return must be filed at the same time as the income tax or income tax return.

A statement must be made for each of the accounts, contracts and investments concerned.
