File a complaint for email hacking (THESEE) (Online Service)

This online service can be used only if you are an individual and if you file a complaint on your own behalf.

Even if you file a complaint online, you can ask to meet with an investigator. The investigator may also decide to interview you if he considers it necessary.

You can file a complaint if:

  • your email was hacked and a request for money was made on your behalf
  • or if you have received a request for money from a correspondent whose email has been hacked.

Please note

if you don't want to use the online service, you can file a complaint by going to the police or gendarmerie or writing to the prosecutor.
