Power of attorney (Online Service)

Allows you to designate a voter to vote for you in an election or referendum:
1. You must identify yourself with France Connect (but NC Connect if you are a New Caledonia voter) and provide an email address.
2. You will then receive an email with the reference of your request. You will then have to show up in person with your identification in a police station (wherever it is) or a gendarmerie (wherever it is) or your consulate or embassy. You will then receive an email containing the receipt of your power of attorney request, then an email confirming the validity (or invalidity) of your power of attorney.
