Over-indebtedness: filing online is now possible

The Internet filing procedure is for the time being reserved for individuals who file on their own (without co-applicant) and are not sub-guardianship or trusteeship. If you wish to file a joint file because you are a couple, then only the paper file is possible.

Your folder should contain:

• the completed cerfa form;
• a signed letter explaining your situation ;
• documents proving your identity, your resources, etc.

To deposit online, you must connect with FranceConnect at the Banque de France website. You can enter your file one or more times before submitting your return. The deadline for amending your return is indicated at the top right of the entry screen.

In case of difficulties in completing the file, you can be accompanied by a social worker present at the CCAS, at the town hall or in a budget advice point, at the Caf, in your HLM office.

After the transmission of your file, you receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email to the email address you have indicated, usually within 24 hours. Then, a certificate of deposit is sent to you by simple letter within 2 working days. Finally, the commission will make a decision on the admissibility or otherwise of your file within three months.
