18-25 years old: how can you get 250 euros to go on holiday?

You are between 18 and 25 years old and you want to go on holiday? The National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (ANCV) offers you an assistance of €250 in 2023 for accommodation at sea, in the mountains or in the city, in France or in Europe, among a selection of stays of the program Departure 6:25 PM. Who can benefit?

To get this help you must be between 18 and 25 years old, reside in France and be in one of these two situations:

  1. your reference tax income is less than €17,280 per year for a tax share;
  2. you are:
    • holder of an apprenticeship contract which has been in progress or expired for less than 3 months;
    • the holder of a professionalization contract in progress or which has expired for less than 3 months;
    • student receiving a higher education grant on social criteria;
    • holder of a future job;
    • holder of a generation contract;
    • beneficiary of a contractual pathway to employment and self-reliance (PACEA) or the signatory of a Youth Employment Contract (YEC);
    • second chance school student;
    • child welfare recipient;
    • volunteer in civic service whose mission is in progress or has been completed for less than one year.

Please note

there is no file to deposit: simply book a stay by indicating that you wish to take advantage of the device when requested. Once your supporting documents have been submitted and checked, the aid will be directly deducted from the price to be paid for eligible participants. Your supporting documents will be checked within 48 hours.

FYI  

you can go as a couple and with friends between 18 and 25 years old. In this case, people who do not meet the criteria will not be entitled to financial support but will benefit from accessible prices for the proposed stays.

If you are linked to your parents' tax return, your eligibility will depend on their reference tax income.

How much is it?

The aid covers up to 80% of the cost of the stay, up to a maximum of €250.

Example :

There are 4 of you and you want to go to the sea for a week. Accommodation is available for €1,000. Three of your friends are eligible for the Departure 6:25 PM and you're the only one who doesn't meet the conditions. Everyone should pay €250. Your three friends benefiting from the program will only pay €50 thanks to the support granted by the ANCV, capped at 80% of the cost, while you will pay your share in full.
