Health crisis and social action: what solidarity in the neighborhood?

In April 2022, the National Observatory for Social Action (ODAS) published a study on local initiatives taken during the health crisis since the first lockdown in March 2020. The analysis of ten field actions makes it possible to identify areas of social transformation, in particular the central role of neighborhood solidarity.
