The Talent Scholarships are part of the scheme Public Service Talentimplemented in 2021 to provide financial support to those wishing to join the public service. They are addressed, under conditions of resources, to candidates following the Prépas Talents but also to people preparing for competitions outside Prépa Talents.

How to apply for a Talents scholarship?

The 2023-2024 Fellowship Application Campaign is open from 19 june to 15 september 2023 inclusive.

  • If you are not registered in Pre-Talents, the procedure is done online only on the platform Simplified approaches.
  • For candidates enrolled in Prépa Talents, the award is granted ex officio. The school or institution will forward the list of applicants to the regional prefect who will examine the application and award the grant. You don't have to take any steps. The scholarship may be awarded only once.

Reminder

Talent Pre-Passes are intended for students and jobseekers, selected under conditions of resources, merit and motivation. They prepare, as part of a graduating course including enhanced mentoring at selected civil service competitions.
