Fuel shortage: How to find a gas station near you?

Many service stations in the territory are experiencing supply difficulties due to refinery strikes. To find out where you can refuel, use the interactive map on the website prix-gaz.gouv.fr. It lists all the petrol stations and informs you about the availability of fuels and prices.

Supply difficulties lead to total or partial disruptions depending on the department.

To find out which petrol stations have fuel close to you, you can use the interactive map offered by the government on the site fuel prices.gouv.fr.

This map tells you:

  • the sale price of fuel at each service station (price per liter, in euros, including all taxes);
  • if the desired fuel is available or out of stock.

In the “Location” box, select a department and then enter the name or postal code of your municipality. On the map that appears, click a gas station to open the information window. You will find the name and address of the point of sale, the indication of the out of stock for each type of fuel (diesel, SP98, SP95-E10, SP95, E85, GPLc). If the fuel concerned is available, the price charged shall be indicated.

Warning  

Faced with the shortage, some prefects have also decided to limit the volume of fuel allowed per tank to 30 liters. Find the situation department by department on the site fuel price.gouv.fr.

Reminder

Since October 11, 2022, prefectural orders have been issued to prohibit the sale and purchase of jerrycan fuel in all departments.
