. It grew out of the convergence of the national gendarmerie and police, and became the digital one-stop shop for the internal security forces. Find out more about this new website of information and approaches with Service-Public.fr.

The gendarmerie and the website moncommissariat.fr are now grouped on a single site: masecurite.gouv.fr. Pre-complaint, reports, chat, tip sheets... you have the possibility to obtain in a few clicks, for non-urgent steps, a personalized response to your situation.

A full range of services

The site is organized around different sections, either informative or interactive.

Online approaches

This section gives you access to various reporting platforms:

  • Sexual and gender-based violence reporting portal;
  • Report drug trafficking (Stup);
  • Report a rodeo;
  • Online pre-complaint;
  • Online complaint for Internet scams (THESEE);
  • Internet Illegal Content Reporting Portal (Pharos);
  • Report credit card fraud (Perceval);
  • Operation Tranquility Vacation (OTV);
  • Stop-jihadism.

Practical fact sheets

Detailed information sheets provide you with all relevant information related to the safety of the citizen: online scams and scams, burglaries, victims of domestic violence, hit-and-run, rules on the road, how to protect minors, etc.

This tab allows you to make an appointment directly with the service closest to you: simply enter your postal code or geolocate on the map.

Local Information

This section lists all the relevant local information for you in your department.

Finally, "In the front page" offers you news about the site and security.

. This chat is available 24/7 to communicate live with a gendarme or a policeman who answers all your questions and accompanies you to find the most suitable solution. To start the chat, simply fill in your city or postal code.

Warning  

The emergency police number, the 17th, remains the emergency number of the National Police.
