Agirc-Arco: a new service to be informed in real time about the payment of your pension

If you receive a supplementary pension from private sector employees and you want to know when your pension is paid into your bank account, the new “Payment Alert” service offered by the Agirc-Arcco meets your needs. This new service allows you to be informed in real time by email or SMS of your pension payment.

To take advantage of it, you must subscribe to it from your personal area Agirc-Arco.

How do I subscribe to the Payment Alert service?

To subscribe to the Payment Alert service:

1. Log in to your Africa-Arco personal area;
2. Click on your Name/Surname (in the top right corner of the screen);
3. Click on “My Subscriptions”;
4. Choose the “email or sms” alert method that best suits you to receive your payment alert;
5. Validate your subscription choice.

Depending on the method chosen, you will receive an email or SMS every month informing you that your Agirc-Arco pension has been paid. The alert will be sent to you as soon as your supplementary pension is paid.

Check beforehand that your personal information is up to date: correct email address, phone number, etc.
