The heating boost bonus is used to finance energy-saving work. Since 2019, all households can benefitr, whether they are landlords or tenants (in the latter case, with the agreement of the owner), and for both the main and the secondary residences.

This premium shall cover the following works:

  • installation of an efficient biomass boiler;
  • installation of an air/water, water/water or hybrid heat pump;
  • installation of a combined solar system;
  • connection to a renewable energy heat network (ENR&R);
  • installation of a high-performance wood-burning heater.

Please note

the premium may be combined with other aid

  • the zero-interest eco-loan (eco-PTZ);
  • MaPrimeRenovation.

You can also benefit from other local aids. Ask your local council for more information.

What are the resource caps for the smallest households in 2024?

Eligibility for aid is not means-tested, but amounts are calculated according to the household's level of resources. Premiums are higher for lower-income households.

The revenues taken into account are the 2022 benchmark tax revenues, for applications made in 2024.
