MaPrimeAdapt’ is the new housing adaptation finance facility. It aims to enable older people and people with disabilities to stay at home by adapting their housing.

This grant is used to finance internal and external adaptation work. Work may include installing a stairlift, installing motion-sensing lighting, or widening doors. Outside, MaPrimeAdapt’ can finance part of the work, for example the installation of an access ramp to the entrance to the dwelling or the creation of a PMR. parking space.

MaPrimeAdapt’ can finance up to 50 or 70% of the amount of the housing adaptation work, depending on your income and up to a maximum of €22,000 excluding taxes.

This new aid replaces the three that existed previously: “Living Easily” by the National Housing Agency (Anah), the autonomy tax credit and assistance from the National Old Age Insurance Fund (Cnav) for the adaptation of housing for the elderly.

MaPrimeAdapt' can be combined with energy renovation aid (MaPrimeRénov') and local aid.

FYI

Anah’s “Living Easily” aid remains effective for the work begun in 2023.
