Can we have several successive parental leave periods?

Yes, an employee may benefit from successive parental leave in the event of new birth or of adoption during parental education leave.
The employee must have at least 1 year seniority in the company.
The reasoned request shall be addressed to the employer at least 1 month before the date on which the employee was to resume his activity.
The employee may to terminate the leave before the planned date and resume its initial activity in case of:
- Death of child
- Or a significant reduction in household resources.
An employee who is pregnant while on parental leave may interrupt her current leave in favor of a maternity leave, subject to conditions.
