What is the relocation bonus? The relocation grant is a conditional grant if you relocate and have at least 3 dependent children. It corresponds to the expenses actually incurred for your move, within a certain limit. It is paid by the Family Allowance Fund (CAF) or the Agricultural Social Mutual Society (MSA), We present you the regulations to know.

This premium is granted if you complete, within 6 months of your move, the 3 following conditions :

General case (Cf)

You must send to the Caf, within 6 months of the move, a file consisting of:

  • Form cerfa n°11363 of the application for the removal premium,
  • And proof of the costs incurred (invoice from the moving company, car rental invoice, gas invoices, etc.).

You must send the MSA, within a maximum of 6 months after the move, a file consisting of:

  • Form cerfa n°11363 of the application for the removal premium,
  • And proof of the costs incurred (invoices from the company of removal, car rental, furniture storage, etc.).

It is equal to the amount of the actual moving expenses up to a ceiling which varies according to the number of dependent children.

The premium is paid in one installment after the proof of the expenses incurred (invoice paid by the mover or the company that rented the vehicle, gas costs...).

If your situation is precarious, you can request an advance on presentation of a quote.

The advance may be 50% to 75% the amount of the estimate, within the limit of the premium that will be due.

You will have to provide the invoice paid, within 6 months of the move, to justify your right and obtain the balance of the premium.

To challenge the refusal decision, you must send a letter to your Caf: titleContent or to your MSA: titleContent within 2 months and refer the matter to the amicable appeal board, which will examine your complaint.
