Verified 11 August 2020 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
To build a garden shed, a planning permission will be required depending on its surface.
If your project is not subject to planning permission, you must consult the local planning plan (PLU) or the planning document in its place at the town hall. Your project must respect the rules of the planning code and the PLU.
The rules differ according to the territory concerned. Sectors protected are remarkable heritage sites, the surroundings of historical monuments, listed sites or pending classification, natural reserves, remarkable areas and coastal environments to be preserved.
