Verified 03 October 2022 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)
A company agreement is searchable on the Internet, at the workplace and at the departmental directorate responsible for employment, labor and solidarity (DDETS: titleContent or DDETSPP: titleContent).
On the Internet
An online service allows you to search for a company agreement:
On the spot
At the workplace
The employer must keep a current copy of the collective agreement available to staff in the workplace.
In the absence of any information conditions laid down in an agreement or agreement, the employer must give to the employee an information notice on the contractual texts at the time of hiring.
He must update a copy of this text on the intranet (if it exists in the company).
A notice containing the names of the agreements and arrangements applicable in the company and specifying the place and conditions for their consultation shall be communicated by any means to the employee.
At the Labor Inspectorate
One copy agreement can be obtained from the departmental directorate responsible for employment, labor and solidarity (DDETS: titleContent or DDETSPP: titleContent) on which the company depends.
Fees, related to the reproduction of the document, may be requested.
Who shall I contact
