Temporary incapacity

At the end of paid sick leave, if you are temporarily unfit to resume your duties, you are placed on unpaid leave for a maximum of 1 year.

This leave is renewable twice.

This leave without pay comes at the end of your entitlement to one of the following paid leave:

Leave without pay and its renewal shall be granted after the medical advice.

When you return to work, you can benefit from a part-time for therapeutic reasons.

Definitive incapacity

At the end of paid or unpaid sick leave, if you are found permanently unfit to resume your duties, you are licensee.

If you are a holder in another body or framework of uses, your secondment for traineeship is terminated and you are made available to your home administration.

Depending on your medical condition, your home administration is looking into the possibility of assigning you to a the right workstation for your physical capabilities or place you in disability pension.

If your physical incapacity is due to an accident at work or an occupational disease, you are entitled to a rent.

Its amount shall be fixed in the same conditions as to the general arrangements of Social Security.

Territorial (FPT)
Temporary incapacity

If, at the end of 2me year of unpaid leave, you must normally be fit to resume your duties before 1 year, your leave can be renewed for a 2 yearme once for a maximum of one year.
