Do you qualify for PTZ when you already own a home?

The right of an owner to dispose of a property without being able to use it, to enjoy it as a usufructuary, or to derive rental income from it. The non-owner can sell his property right, without selling the enjoyment of the property.
It depends on the nature of the housing. If you own your principal residence, you are entitled to PTZ: titleContent in some cases only (usufruct or bare property housing, disability or disability, housing destroyed by a natural disaster...). When a disaster (natural or technological) has made your principal residence definitely uninhabitable, you can claim PTZ.

Owner of another home
