Does the employee on parental leave keep the benefits of the mutual benefit?

Verified 04 January 2022 - Directorate for Legal and Administrative Information (Prime Minister)

No, the employee on parental leave does not benefit from the contract of membership of the mutual company.

However, the employee's employment contract may provide for benefits during all or part of parental leave.

You must therefore check the membership contract that you have signed if these benefits are maintained.

In the absence of any provisions, you will need to subscribe temporarily to a supplementary personal health.
