In case of judicial suspension of your driver's license, you can ask the judge to grant you white permit..

This involves arranging the suspension so that you can retain your right to drive for work or for serious medical or family reasons.

However, you cannot have a white permit if you have committed any of the following offenses:

  • Homicide and manslaughter by a driver
  • Driving under the influence of an alcoholic condition
  • Driving after using narcotic substances, regardless of the quantity absorbed
  • Endangering the lives of others
  • High speed of 50 km/h or more
  • Leak offense

Get a white permit is not a right.

You must therefore provide the judge with the documents that justify your request.
