Due to the health crisis, the professional interview can take place until 30 June 2021.

Every 2 years, the professional interview is a mandatory appointment between the employee and the employer. It is intended to consider the career prospects of the employee and the training that can contribute to them.

The aim of the professional interview is to accompany the employee in his career prospects (qualifications, change of position, promotion, ...) and to identify his training needs.

The interview is devoted to the prospects of professional development, in particular in terms of qualifications and employment.

He must inform the employee about the validation of professional experience (VAE)..

The interview must also include information on how to enable the personal training account (CPF) and opportunities for employer funding.

Specific content is defined by convention or agreement.

If there are no specific terms in the branch or enterprise agreement, the employer shall define the content of the interview in accordance with the strategic direction of the company.

Professional maintenance concerns all employees regardless of their contract or working time, in all companies and all sectors of activity.

The professional interview must take place every 2 years (from the date of entry into the company, then from the date of the previous interview).
