What tariff applies if a bailiff (now called the Commissioner of Justice) is involved in a rental dispute?

When a commissioner of justice (formerly bailiff and judicial auctioneer) intervenes in a rental dispute, most of his tariffs (called emoluments) are regulated by law.
The notice (or leave) or the renewal of a lease issued by a Commissioner of Justice shall be subject to a free fee.
The basic rate of the Commissioner of Justice (formerly bailiff and judicial auctioneer) shall be increased, if necessary, by travel expenses (VAT included) from €9.20 or €8.80 for meanings carried out exclusively by mail.

The cost of setting up a state of play by Commissioner of Justice (or rental statement) vary according to the surface area of the housing.

Where the Commissioner of Justice calls a witness, that witness shall be compensated:
- To be present at the opening of doors and lockable furniture, the witness shall receive €7.92 (or €23.76 if it is a policeman).
- In order to assist in the execution of an expulsion order, the witness shall €13.20 (or €39.60 if it is a policeman).
