What rate applies in case of recourse to a bailiff in a rental dispute?

When a judicial officer intervenes in the context of a rental dispute, most of its tariffs (called emoluments) are regulated by law.
Notice (or leave) or the renewal of the lease issued by the bailiff are subject to free fees.
The basic fee of the bailiff is increased, if necessary, by travel expenses (VAT included) €9.20 or €8.80 for meanings made exclusively by mail.

The establishment of a status by bailiff (or rental report) vary according to the surface of the dwelling.

When the bailiff calls a witness, that witness receives compensation:
- To be present at the opening of doors and furniture locking, the witness receives €7.92 (or €23.76 if it is a police officer).
- To assist in the execution of an expulsion order, the witness shall receive €13.20 (or €39.60 if it is a police officer).
Locksmith, removal and movable guard expenses are free.
