You can see the total amount of your pensions, gross, and net before taxes.

You can customize your estimate by changing your starting age or adding missing periods and additional information (children, disability...):

From 1er January 2024, services performed as a contractor in an active category job during the 10 years prior to your establishment are counted as active services for the acquisition of the early departure right.

You are entitled to a full rate pension in particular in the following 2 cases :

  • You retire before the automatic full rate age with the number of quarters required to qualify for a full rate pension. For example, you are a sedentary class public servant born in 1964, you are entitled to a full rate pension if you retire between the ages of 63 and 67 with 171 insurance quarters
  • You retire at the automatic full rate, regardless of the number of quarters. For example, you are a sedentary class public servant born in 1964, you are entitled to a full rate pension if you retire at age 67 regardless of the number of quarters you have

If you retire before the automatic full rate age without having the number of quarters required to qualify for a full rate pension, the amount of your retirement pension is subject to a discountThat is, a reduction.

What is the number of liquidatable quarters?

Some of the quarters that make up your insurance term are taken into account for your pension, while others are not.

The insurance quarters used to calculate your pension are: liquidatable quarters.

If you worked part-time, for example, your quarters of part-time work are taken into account in full to calculate your insurance period.

But for the calculation of your pension, your part-time quarters are taken into account for their actual working time unless you have overpaid.

Example :

5 years worked part-time for personal reasons at 80% have 5 years (20 quarters) to calculate your insurance term (i.e. the number of quarters required to qualify for a full rate pension).

But for the calculation of the amount of your retirement pension, these 5 years part time 80% are counted for their actual working time, i.e. 4 years (16 quarters), unless you have overpaid.

Of bonuses or time-of-insurance increases may be added to liquidatable insurance quarters.

Subsidies and insurance term increases are additional liquid quarters granted free of charge (without contribution in return) depending on certain situations.

The main improvements are: children's subsidies.

You are entitled to a one-year bonus per child for each child born or adopted before 1er January 2004.

You are also entitled to this one-year increase for the following children if you have taken them into care before 1er january 2004 and if you raised them for at least 9 years before age 21e birthday :

  • Children from a previous marriage of your spouse(s)
  • Children who have been the subject of a delegation of parental authority on your behalf or on behalf of your spouse
  • Children placed under your guardianship or your spouse, if the guardianship was accompanied by the effective and permanent custody of the child
  • Children taken into your home if you or your spouse can show that he or she has assumed effective and permanent care for them

To benefit from this one-year subsidy, you must have reduced or temporarily interrupted your professional activity to care for the child according to one of the following conditions:

  • Maternity leave or adoption leave
  • Parental Leave
  • Parental leave
  • Availability to raise a child under 12
  • Legal part-time to raise a child at 50% for a continuous period of at least 4 months
  • Legal part-time to raise a child at 60% for a continuous period of at least 5 months
  • Legal part-time to raise a child at 70% for a continuous period of at least 7 months

A one-year bonus is also granted if you complete the following 2 conditions :

  • You gave birth during your years of study, before your recruitment into the public service
  • You were recruited into the public service within 2 years of graduating from the competition

If you are a public servant active category, you can also benefit from premiums or increases in the duration of insurance, in particular in the following cases:

  • One-year increase in the duration of insurance for each 10-year period of actual service if you are a hospital official and have completed at least 17 years in one or more jobs in the active category
  • One-year increase in the duration of insurance for each 10-year period of actual service if you are an official or former official of the Ministry of Defense or of the National Institution for the Invalids employed and have completed at least 17 years in one or more jobs in the active category
