If you are an Algerian, an adult and wish to reside in France, you must hold a residence permit. You can obtain, subject to conditions, a 10-year certificate of residence. this certificate is equivalent to a work permit. For example, if you have family ties or if you have been legally resident in France for several years. It can be given to you in 1er residence permit or after one or more 1-year residence certificates have been issued. It shall be renewable.
