Divorce, separation of body
There are 4 cases of divorce. Some divorces are contentious and require going before the judge. This is the case for divorce for fault, for permanent alteration of the conjugal relationship or for acceptance of the principle of the breakdown of the marriage. Conversely, divorce by mutual consent is an amicable divorce. Separation of the body allows spouses to remain married, but not to live together.
