Training and work

Supplementary pensions in the private sector are increased by 4.9% from 1er November 2023. This annual revaluation is indexed to the inflation rate for 2024-2026. Remember to register for the Duoday! The European Disability Employment Week runs from 20 to 26 November 2023. The fair and the national day of professional retraining take place on November 16 and 21, 2023 throughout France. Accommodation

The winter truce is set for 1er November 2023 to March 31, 2024 and does not apply in certain situations. The principle of the winter truce has been extended to cover electricity and gas outages, which are now prohibited during this period. The benchmark price on gas is going up.

Rates and health

November is the Month Without Tobacco ! New measures concerning the fees for general practitioners, pediatricians and specialists are applicable from 1 November. The flu vaccination campaign has started and you can also be vaccinated against COVID-19 at the same time.

Justice

Two new procedures are put in place: the settlement hearing (ARA) to enable the judge to help the two parties reach an agreement in civil litigation and the trial break to allow the judgment of a part of the litigation. Conciliation or mediation may thus be established for the other party to the undecided dispute.

Transport

It is mandatory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to hold snow chains or socks of the 1er november 2023 to march 31, 2023 in selected mountain areas.
