Driving license: how to request a complete information record (RII)?

The online service My Points Allowed allows you to consult your full information statement (RII) if you connect to the online service via FranceConnect.

Consult the information of the driving license (balance of points, restricted information statement, full information statement...)

You can also request an IIR from your prefecture, on-site, by post or by email.

The approach varies by prefecture : before making the request, contact your prefecture to find out how you should apply.

  • Envelope postage at the rate letter recommended with AR: titleContent labeled with your name, first name and address
