You must meet all of the following conditions:
- Be at least 18 years of age on the eve of election day
- Being French
- Enjoy your civil and political rights
Namely:
- a European citizen residing in France may register on the complementary electoral lists of its mayor to vote in municipal and European elections in France
- a person in prison does not have to be disenfranchised. But she must register under a specific procedure

Reminder

Warning
