What changes in March 2022

Work

The youth employment contract replaces the youth guarantee since 1^er March; the cap on restaurant vouchers is extended until the end of June and it is possible to exchange 2021 vouchers for 2022 vouchers, until 15 March; extension of the partial activity scheme for companies severely affected by the health crisis until 31 March 2022; health protocol in updated company to take into account the ending of the mandatory mask in places subject to the vaccination pass.

Presidential election: registration on the electoral list ended on March 4 (approach in town hall or by mail); list of validated sponsorships.

Family

Automatic payment of maintenance payments by the CAF or the MSA; registration and vows on Parcoursup until 29 March 2022 inclusive; start of enrollment in boarding schools of excellence; lightening of the health protocol in schools from the beginning of the winter holidays; end of the winter holidays for Area C on 7 March 2022;

Social-Health

Extending the legal period for abortion to 14 weeks of pregnancy; Easing the health protocol (ending the mandatory mask in places subject to vaccination, only one test on D2 for contacts); the new rules for isolation and testing of contacts; as of March 16, 2022, men who have homosexual relations will no longer have to respect a period of abstinence to be able to donate their blood.

Silver

Since 1^er March 2022, restaurants and canteens must inform their consumers of the origin of poultry, pigs and sheep; expired holiday vouchers are exchangeable until 31 March;

Accommodation

Use of the energy check until March 31; end of winter break; change to summer time.

Leisure

Ball-trap hunters and shooters and biathletes must register their weapons on a new online system.
