The possibility to claim the fuel allowance of €100 is extended until March 31, 2023. From 1er march 2023, canvassing by telephone is prohibited on weekends and public holidays; the permitted hours during the week are regulated: not before 10 am in the morning, not after 8 pm at night. Refund request for the Navigo pass from March 14 to April 14, 2023 on the dedicated platform.

Wear rates applicable to the 1er march 2023, or the maximum threshold at which banks can lend money, have been published in the Official Journal February 26, 2023. Wear rates are:

  • 3,67 % for fixed-rate loans with a maturity of less than 10 years;
  • 3,87 % for fixed-rate loans with a maturity of between 10 and 20 years;
  • 4 % for fixed-rate loans with a maturity of 20 years or more;
  • 3.79% for floating rate loans;
  • 4,11 % for bridge loans.

From 1er as of march 2023, most cigarette packages are increasing by 50 or 60 euro cents.

Accommodation

From 1er March 2023, the interest rate on the Accession of Action Logement loan increased from 0.5% to 1.5%, excluding compulsory insurance.
